酒店很有居乐的感觉，人员也非常亲切，硬件如果再加强会更好！

这里的服务员态度很亲切，早餐也很美味丰富，还有接机服务，谢谢！

Cozy place~! The staff makes you feel at home! thank you!

Great place!close to the beach,but away from all the noise.
  The store and computers with Internet in the hallway are very convenient.
  Especially since you can buy the products for local prices.Relaxing place with nice comfortable rooms and a great shower! the only downside is the roch hard beds ,but the very friendly staff more than make up for it.
   Great value for your money!
   Staff speaks English very well and always great  you with a smile.willing to the help you with everything.
   The people really make this place!

10年的春节我们在红屋顶住的，感觉非常好，，虽然不如大酒店气派，但是很温馨，员工都很好。大家有兴趣的可以晚上去喝啤酒，，推荐吃他们的BBQ,,烧烤味道不错，就是花样少了点。今年我们也去住了，不满意的是没有员工餐，我在酒店留言本上写了。建议老板恢复员工餐，另外就是如果对老顾客或者长住客的话，能打折一下，那就美了。。。。。。。

and haven't met such a wouderful place like that,
 If i can rank the hotel i will give a 5 star rank 
for reception and restaurant.

很不错的家庭旅馆：
1.在大东海，位置离市区很近，打车到吃饭的地方一般都在10元以内。就是从旅馆走到主要干道有点远，大约要15分钟；
2.旅馆的的环境不错，软件更是不错。比如，给小朋友准备好了免费的游泳圈和各种各样的沙滩玩具（这在别的地方可都是收费的呦！），我带着女儿从旅馆后门出去走上5分钟，就能到海边开始玩儿沙子了；
3.房费含早餐，早餐的种类不多，但是比我们平时吃的早餐要丰富多了，中西式都有。本人超喜欢炒河粉。早餐中的牛奶果汁之类的东西，一看都是从正规超市买来的，所以吃起来很放心。由于我带了老人和小孩，所以也在餐厅零点了晚饭，做的家常菜的味道还不错，价格也蛮实惠的；
4.我们是3个大人一个小宝宝，所以订了迷你家庭房，很适合我们住，房间里还有小花的图案很不错的。美中不足就是房间里有蚊子，点了点蚊香也不管用；
5.酒店的管理很不错，看得出老板肯定在大酒店干过。酒店服务人员对可以的服务很热情，又很有分寸。再次感谢酒店老板鲁姐给我们介绍了三亚湾的五星酒店！
6.酒店的大堂还有2台电脑，可以免费上网，很方便。
如果再来三亚，一定会考虑再次入住贵酒店！
